Is there any guide what are optimal settings for Nvidia 3d settings?

Most nvidia control settings have no impact on VR quality / performance at all. The texture filtering options have minor visual impact - if this is worth your time in figuring out.

Possible guides out there are mostly placebo, nothing you can really measure in numbers.

I am running with default nvidia settings just fine since years with DCS World.

Many folks put the power to high performance but thats about it. I tinkered with most settings but found nothing having positive effect.
