Just short notes per aircraft that has rpm, boost, manifold pressure etc in a quick form for cruise, combat etc?

My memory isnt that great and i find i often have to skim the pdf manual when i switch planes.

While I don't have any Axis planes, there are placards on the cockpit walls in the P-51 and Spitfire detailing engine conditions for different parts of flight and combat, and the Mosquito has the numbers listed in the kneeboard:
