RogueRunner Posted March 28, 2023 Posted March 28, 2023 I looked at the traffic on my dedicated server and I see traffic to one specific IP (138.201.206.135) on port 8090 only when the server is running. Nowhere can I find documents why the server is trying to talk to this IP on this port. Is this known traffic or must I investigate further? With the price of ammunition these days do not expect a warning shot.
Maverick87Shaka Posted March 28, 2023 Posted March 28, 2023 I have the same traffic on my servers, I suppose it is a "generic" ED instance manager that track all the online servers, also used to populate the webpage https://www.digitalcombatsimulator.com/it/personal/server/#allserver I have no documentation on it, just my supposition. We need to wait ED confirmation on that.
