SCUD missile editing

Question to the developers of the game, mods or users. Need to edit the trajectory of the SCUD missile (for MOD), how can I do it? Why was it encrypted? How did the creators of the game calculate the trajectory parameters for each distance?

I doubt that anyone will answer, but let this question be, because now the possibilities to make mods of ballistic missiles are completely limited
