I've found this cool looking Mi-24P, according to my research this Mi-24 belongs to the 14th Air and Air Defence Forces Army. It belongs to either the 112th OVP based at Chita or the 337th OVP based at Novosibirsk

The registration of this aircraft is RF-91069
