F16 ILS Command Steering not highlighted

Hi all, Im kinda new to DCS and I've been learning the ILS system on the F-16c and for some reason, unlike all the documentation I read, after I insert the ILS FRQ the CMD STRG is not highlighted, I also dont get the correct information from the EHSI, any sugetions?

Contact ATC to make sure what is current active runway. The ILS for the wrong direction will not be operational.
