Allowing FLIR to show fragmentation / shrapnel from impacts of bombs, rounds, etc.

A lot of videos of combat FLIR footage shows a bunch of little white spots shoot out every direction like a firework. I believe these are shrapnel from the rounds impacting. It'd be a really awesome and nice feature to add especially since it just looks weird when you see infantry drop to the ground from a HE round hitting next to it with no visual effects.
