Alpha strike hang up- better AI traffic control on the deck

I was building an alpha strike using the A-4, F-4B and A-6 mods based on the diagram bellow. There was a point where two A-4 strike planes ran into each other. I tried the mission again with F-14s and F/A-18s same result
