Severe issue with parking spots

Hi all.

I'm quite desperate, so I hope somebody can help me with this.

I'm creating a very complex mission and I need my planes to start exactly where I place them in the mission editor. I'm using Syria map, and I'm in Ramat David airport. I placed a flight group in some parking spots choosing the numbers next to the "takeoff from ramp" and everything worked perfectly. Later I decided to place that group in some other slots and the nightmare begun... Now it seems I cannot place any other plane in those original slots, and the group I changed, half of it starts from two different positions.

Again, the places I need are totally legit (as a matter of fact, they were working before), but it seems the program will never let me put again another plane in there, as if they were occupied by some schroedinger's planes.

Here are some screen shots. The first one show what appears in the mission editor; the second what happens when I start the mission. Since I placed a lot of static planes in the hangars to try to force the program to spawn them where there are supposed to spawn, now it broke a group of 4 (AI) in just two (don't know what happened with the other two since they don't appear in the map) so to room the other 2 planes (magenta color in the screenshots), just because.

So its 3 hangars and 7 slots that are perfectly legit but the program suddenly don't let me use.

I'm so despair and frustrated! Does it ring a bell to any of you?

Thanks in advance.

Static objects can block a given spawn point from being used if it is close enough the the spawn area. Here is an A-10 assigned to take-off from one parking spot, but the static object effectively blocks it, which results in the aircraft being spawned one parking spot over in the mission itself. Best to move the static objects away from where you want the aircraft to spawn at and gradually move them in until it moves the unit. Then you'll know you've gone to far.

The right man in the wrong place makes all the difference in the world.

Hi, Grimes, thanks for the answer. You may be very right; but yet, those objects were in the same place they were back when everything worked, the planes I changed were the same models (so no different sizes), and there are two completely empty hangars that are not working either.

Nevertheless, for the sake of despair, I'll remove them all and try it.

Thanks, man!

Ok, I had to make some concessions (absurd ones, because everything was working just fine until I  changed first group), but generally speaking, taking away all the statics made it work again (kinda). Some of them were lights which were on the roof, that work with every other slot in the airport and were working before, but at least, things are under control. Thank you for the help @Grimes!!
