Include the overexposure effect that you see on old slow footage for the LANTIRN Pod, like how the F14 HeatBlur pod has.

Between 1992 and 2002 there was a huge improvement in sensors and how they handled the light bloom from intense sources.

I'm talking about what we had in the civilian market as that is what my field of work was involved in, the did go from what you seen in Desert Storm to what you see in Heatblur's F-14 video over that period of time.
