F16 Grip and Joystick base 2 stuck on "retrieving" on latest fw

I'm having with my computer and actually just did a fresh install of windows and putting everything back. This was happening before, and it's still happening...

 

any ideas gents?

Looks like a problem that has been around for a while.

1. Try going into the SimAppPro Configuration ( Gear Icon in Top Right)
2. Change Server: from the United States to China.
