I lost the install disk for my Force Feedback Pro 2 and I'm trying to get it to work. I can't find a driver for it ANYWHERE, let alone one that works with vista. How did you guys get Force Feedback to work on Vista?

Generic Vista drivers will work just fine, got a MSFF2 plugged on my 2nd pc as we speak, works just like you'd expect it to. The only downside is that you don't actually have the sidewinder software to program special functions like modifiers...

I got the recentering to work at least but no force feedback effects.

I don't think there are any other effects other than centering, and that the trim position changes (I have the same stick running in XP, also without drivers)

Lack of programming isn't an issue as there is 3rd party software that allows you to do so. The biggest issue is that there's no way to adjust the force feedback strength. I tried my FF2 with Falcon 4 Aliied Force, and the force feedback effects were way too strong.
