Stop Wingman From Starting Engines

Hello! Is there a way in the mission editor order your wingman to stop starting their engines immediately upon mission load and either wait for me (their leader) to start mine or command them to start? Many times there are things we need to do before they jump the gun and begin to start up.

Any idea?

Set them to uncontrolled and visible maybe, then make an F10 command that wakes them up when youre ready, or I like to let them do what they want but give them a task to keep them above the airfield until youre up and then F10 command to engage them as wingman.
