max file attachment size changed from 26mb to 114.39kb...unable to load any files

Hi, as topic title, this in the last few days.......it means I cant load any pictures or files. Is this correct or an issue that needs remedying?

@markturner1960 I think what it means is we are all given a certain amount of space on the forums.  Once you reach close to max, the largest possible file you can upload gets reduced.  There is a way to manage attachments where you can delete your previous uploads in order to make room.

You need to delete some of your attachements.
