TIR no like afinity

TIR works fine until I check afinity x4. It kind of works sometimes, but no center or pause key working. Anyone else have this?

I think there's a bug that activates modifiers when you alt-tab out of the game sometimes. You might want to search the bug forum for specifics.

I found taskmgr.exe & pined it to start menu. The win key lets me get to it, works good.

Just curious, but why would you want TrackIR to have affinity on four logic processors. TrackIR doesn't use a lot of resources?

The CTRL- or ALT-keys sometimes are "sticky" when you Alt-Tab out of a game and/or open the task-manager. All further keys are then pushed TOGETHER with CTRL or ALT, so TrackIR won't notice them.

 

Just hit CTRL or ALT again, when reentering the game - that should usually fix it.

 

 

 

The ALT-TAB bug is rather related to not being able to reenter the game. Thats a confirmed bug with ships in the mission: If there are any water vehicles in the mission, ALT-TABing will kill DCS.
