Textures Not Loading

Hi all,

I cannot get my textures to load in VR. They load fine outside of VR. I am running a Pico 4 with SteamVR running OpenXR and using Virtual Desktop. 
The only thing I can think that has changed is the installation of OBS screen capture software and Adobe Premier Pro…

Any suggestions on what to do?
