Paid for Black Shark via Protx but no download

I paid for Black Shark last night via Protx and I did get a reciept from them with a transaction number but I have had not recieved any links or emails to download the sim.

Any help would be great !

Please login onto the website, than go to Files -> Products. There is a download button on the upper right corner.

Tried that and all that is available in the top right is still pay by Protx.

No download after purchase via PROTX

 

Hi,

 

I have the same Problem like Barton3112 had before.

I purchased the DCS:BS via Protx Payment Service and received their

confirmation Email for successful payment on Wed. Feb. 25th.

 

When I login on DCS and goto -> Files/Products, I always see the Pay Link.

No download available for me !!!

 

I also wrote an email two times to the DCS Site-Admin but no answer, yet.

 

Please help !!!
