Master Caution - Button or Reset Knob?

Not the most important thing at this stage and probably not fleshed out yet:

1. No key binding for Master Caution Button 

2. Key binding for Master Caution Reset does not animate when commanded (not sure if it works also)

3. To move or declutter Cautions in the displays, the manual says we need to hold down the Master Caution and simultaneously move the Castle (pilot) or Coolie (WSO). But is it the Button or Reset knob (springs back) that we are to hold down? The manual on page 185 says (for pilot and WSO) to hold the Master Caution Light while page 96 says (for WSO) to hold the Master Caution Reset.
