WSO Hand Controllers - Castle Right for Missile Reject

WSO Hand Controllers, Manual Pg 296 says, "In A/A radar or in A/A PACS page, short pressing right (<1s) rejects the priority
missile and chooses another active missile." Anyone got this to work?
