Guest rz22g Posted February 27, 2009 Posted February 27, 2009 (edited) WTF is up with limited activations? With that type of setup I would have to buy another copy of the game in a year as I wipe out my system regularly to keep it running clean. Where does a company get off regulating how many times a person can install something they paid for to begin with? If Im mistaken in how this system works I aplogize but so far it appears that each time you install you lose an activation. I had install problems and had to start from scratch a few days later, using another activation. If I am mistaken someone please explain the process before I get refund. Mate do you think that starting your very first post on these boards with "WTF" is very clever? And even in the wrong section? And regarding a topic that has already been covered countless times, which you could have found out if you used the search function or simply read the FAQ here. I also recommend you read the forum rules before posting! Where does a company get off regulating how many times a person can install something they paid for to begin with? Every software company sells you a license to use their product, not the software itself, and if you don't accept the license conditions then don't buy that product. Again, the FAQ cover all necessary information about copy protection. Only if you reinstall your operating system or do a major hardware upgrade then you need to deactivate Black Shark in order to save your current activation, or if you have no deactivations left then you have to use another activation. Your license includes 8 activation and 10 deactivations. Edited February 27, 2009 by Acedy [sIGPIC][/sIGPIC] *** SERVMAN SERVER MANAGEMENT MOD V2 FOR DCS:BS V1.0.1 *** *** VERSION FOR FC2 ***
