viper3two Posted February 27, 2009 Posted February 27, 2009 (edited) I hate to be a pain in the a$$ but I have been sending emails for a straight week and have not gotten a response from ED. I am the owner of LockOn 1.1 expansion, and I am unable to activate it. I just built a new computer and it says on the site that I have one activation left. My user name on the site is viper3two. Can somebody PLEASE fix this? I also own BlackShark but it reinstalled/activated with no issues. Product is LockOn 1.12, user name is viper3two. It says that I have exceeded the number of installs for this license, although it says that I have one activation left on the site, lockon.ru. Thank you The email adds I used were support@lockon.ru, and activation@lockon.ru. Edited February 28, 2009 by viper3two
shaggy Posted February 28, 2009 Posted February 28, 2009 when my activations run out i dont bother to ask for a new serial. I have bought Flaming Cliffs 3 times instead, so basiclly ED in reality ow me a couple of serials, though the game is so cheap anyways and i dont mind paying for it again and again. viper3two Posted February 28, 2009 Author Posted February 28, 2009 Well I was considering that but the point is you buy something you ought to be able to install it without having to re purchase it all the time..... Anyways, Taz, thanks for at least getting back to me, but I still have nothing in my email. I have checked all my email accounts, there is nothing there from ED. I even tried sending a test mail to each account and they are working the way they should. Nothing in the junk mail folders either. When did it get sent? Thanks
viper3two Posted February 28, 2009 Author Posted February 28, 2009 I went to the lockon.ru site and saw the new key listed. I was able to activate the product. Thank you
