TM 16000M Hotas and Joystick profiles

I have tried to get to use both the Joystick and Hotas used in F-18. In settings it only recognizes Joysticks. I see both loaded in Input profiles. I must ahve put them in wrong. Or not joined them and instruction would be greatly appreciated.

Can you explain a bit further? You have the stick and the throttle? The pedals too? 

Are you having issues with configuring the axis, buttons or both.

I think he has also the problem that the HOTAS buttons are now the same as the buttons from the Stick. I dont know when they changed it. Did not play recently. But it worked for me earlier!
