Bad download speeds from userfiles

Recently in the last few days I've started having awful download speeds off the userfiles section. Traditionally I get great speeds but this past week its been 35kbs max. I'm not having the issue with any other sites, all other apps and downloads seem to be normal. Anyone else having this issue?
