ATC on Normandy2 map

I set West Malling as a blue base and I'm flying into it with a P51.  As I get near it I press the "\" key to bring up the comms menu and then select F5 to bring up the "ATC".  I select F1 which is West Malling and then press F2 "request Azimuth" but get no response.

If I did the same and pressed F1 to announce "Inbound" again I get no response.

What must I do or set up on the base to get the ATC to give a response?

Did you set up the preset radio channels in the mission editor? 

Did you select the appropriate radio channel in the cockpit? 

Have you tried using the dedicated radio button instead of intercom?

Thank you razo+r for the answer.  I hadn't set up the radio channel in the ME

Is there a list all the airfields radio frequencies for the Normandy2 map somewhere?

You can click on the airfield and it will show you the frequencies.
