Modify mouse cursor color/size

Recently in Wags's latest video on the upcoming f-16 datalink update, I noticed that his cursor was a nice little black cross.

 

Is there a way to change to cursor to this? In VR the blue fat cross is a little bit too intrusive, especially at night. I wouldn't mind modifying some lua  files if I knew where to look.

That's the artefact of the recording, not a planned change. IIRC it happens when recording using Nvidia Shadowplay

damn that sucks. that cursor is way less intrusive from a UI design perspective.
