Thorluis2 Posted September 20, 2023 Posted September 20, 2023 Will the eurofighter get terrain following with the TERPROM system? https://prd-sc101-cdn.rtx.com/-/media/ca/product-assets/marketing/t/terpromr/terpromr-digital-terrain-system-fixed-wing.pdf?rev=986e981ac0904d8cafa06adfde825ce5&hash=C618853A78F876A805AFD5A6A3FE388D 1
Ted Striker Posted September 21, 2023 Posted September 21, 2023 From what I used to read about the Eurofighter module, it will only be an air-to-air version. So I doubt that it will be included 1

Spectre11 Posted September 21, 2023 Posted September 21, 2023 The GPWS (TERPROM) is not specifically developed for A/S mission roles. It first and foremost provides ground proximity warnings and is a general terrain awareness tool, improving flight safety. As it had been on the Typhoon from day 1, it should also be part of the DCS EF module. 6
