Kneeboard file management

I don't like the kneeboard management, location, and sizing aspects of the current system.  I've been scouring the forums and dcs files for the location of ALL default, aircraft-specific, terrain, and other image files.

I'm not interested in dealing with .lua files just the images.  If I can download all the image files I will convert them into PDFs, then I can open them on my tablet with bookmarks, and zoom capabilities, add and remove pages, and mark up items during flight.

Can someone confirm the file location of these image files?

Try VRK made by AMVI_Rider if you fly with VR/3D, or Openkneboard if you fly 2D

The files are in the Saved Games / Kneeboard directory and in the main DCS /Mods/Terrains (kneeboard directory under each map).
