No glide slope, which might be due to that conflict, but I do get direction.

277 feet per mile, call it 300 feet.  Multiply miles by three, add a couple zeros, who needs glide slope?  Navy pilots are so studly they don't bother with precision approach equipment for ground bases.  A Navy pilot can land a kite in a hurricane-strength crosswind with zero visibility to the deck while it's snowing.  Uphill. 

Only wimpy Air Force pilots need ILS anyway.
