Two Annoying issues Tpod and Alt Radar

Not sure if anyone can help confirm if this is just an actual known bug or not but even when I'm at FL320 I get the Rad alt come in saying Pull up two low and it will blare for a bit then stop randomly.

 

Also issue with Tpod. 

can't seem to get the Tpod to hold the target location

Set in pac, Master arm is on I pull up the target in ground radar to get the initial local, then use the tpod to adjust to target, Centre the Target in the tpod, switch to TGT and Designate I then Turn and Burn to get back to distance and then when I've lined back up the Target is off to the Left or right etc causing me mid burn in to have to keep re adjusting and even if I'm flying straight over the top the tpod can some times just have the centre point move off in front of the target. these are full static stationary targets. its incredible frustrating as I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong or if its a bug with the Tpod or if the older Tpod just really is this bad at holding center

 

Also I have already set it to stabilize to the ground

Throught it might be worth Adding a quick Track in to help demo. can see it being off best in the 2nd run in but you can also still see it drift off target in the first run to however to my suprise in the first run the Bomb still hit on target even tho the Target Ret had drifted way behind the tank

Also I'm on 2.8 beta Distro and ignore the thing about the Rad noticed it in another thread so my bad XD

Both are known and have been reported previously:

The TPOD Designate function is known to mess up tracking, if you bump the TDC it will track again.
