[FIXED] UFCP coordinate entry - unable the toggle Wester/Eastern hemisphere

When entering the DST mode on UFCP, I found out the following inconsistency/bug:

- Latitude entry: once digits are entered correctly and accepted, L2 button, it is possible to toggle the hemisphere with R2 button: works as expected.

- Longitude entry: once digits are entered correctly and accepted with L3 button, it is not possible to toggle the hemisphere with R3 button. Expected behavior is to be able to toggle the hemisphere the same way as with Latitude entry R2

there was issue if try to get a LL coord not exist in the map, especially EW hemisphere,

and there's no modern map cross E/W from either 0 or 180,

so I disabled the toggle for E/W.

I read your message too late (was busy finding the mouse tool and figuring out how to capture both mouse tool and game), but I recorded the video for this one already so I will past it the end of message.

If I got it right the reasoning is that the user will not feel it necessary to change between E/W hemisphere due to the fact that there are no modern maps that cover both hemispheres at the same time. At this moment I am aware only of Normandy 1/2 and perhaps Channel maps. At prime meridian we could perhaps count Algerian War as the most significant modern war, but likely this will not be covered with maps in near future. As for 180, well this is already at level where there is 0% interest.

While it is convenient to have this to default value supported by the MAP, it should be noted that we are are missing a tiny bit of FF airplane here. I do not know any other module that does not allow you this.

I can understand that you may prefer not to deal with this limitation at the moment, especially when more severe bugs are out there. For me personally this a low priority bug, but it would be nice to fix this in future.

Just to be on the safe side: does UFCP default for maps west of 0 meridian to W hemisphere?

I just want to make sure something is not lost here.

It defaults to N, and E, and if I'm on Syria for example, if I try to manually enter a coordinate, say I want to add a DST28; so I can have some kinda target for it later, I look on the map, get the coordinates, manually start typing on DST29. By default, it is N, which is fine for Syria, but on the next line the default is E, which is not fine, and I can't change it. 

I was only able to change it after copying DST00 to DST29, then modifying all the numbers.

I would say this issue is fixed.

However, it remains to be see if the new entry of geo coordinates should be:

- N/E as default

- N/S W/E depending on what the map default is. (Someone flying the same hemisphere would prefer preconfigured airplane to default based on where the country is).

Not sure how this was solved in other modules and real aircrafts.
