F-16 is broken or not? (update 2.9)

Yesterday I went to a multiplayer server and was very unpleasantly surprised... I haven’t created bug report tracks yet because first I would like to understand whether these problems are only mine or whether other people have also encountered them. So I will list all the problems and also add screenshots that show them.

- The AWACS plane is marked with a green icon without a dot, as if it does not provide information. Previously it was indicated by a green ring and a dot inside.

- Information from datalink is not transmitted to the radar screen.

- Sometimes a huge number of targets appear on the radar screen and it is not clear what to do with them or how to filter them.

- On the HSD page on the mark of my plane some green mark is duplicated as if some friendly plane is flying with me, but in fact there is no one near me.

- Sometimes the target status is determined completely incorrectly and you don’t know are you going to the red target or the green one.

- Your FCR's data filter is set to FTR+, ensure it's set to ALL. COMM switch inboard short to change the filter selection.

- For the second, this is a reported issue with ground units appearing due to an issue in the moving target rejection (MTR) filter:

That plane is you. It's your position sent by the awacs on your HSD screen. Probably a bug.

I am very grateful for your provided links. Please tell me at the moment what setting should I choose to get rid of this screen clutter?

On the HSD page there is an XMT parameter, previously it did not affect anything, but now the values of TNDL and SMDL have changed there... What does this mean and does it affect anything now?

Information from datalink is not transmitted to the radar screen me too, but FCR filter is ok. Do you know if the procedure to turn on the IFF system is changed? My procedure is: 1) Power up Datalink by setting MIDS 2) select Datalink Transmission Option (XMT) to L16 3) set IFF Master Switch to NORM.

Yeah, they implemented some data link functionality, and the short story is, you want tactical network datalink (TNDL), and then if that does not do anything useful, you can punch in the STN numbers of your flight's aircraft on the data link page using the ICP. They have to be unique for each aircraft, 5 digits octal (that's 3 bit values per digit, so each digit can only be 0 - 7, can't type in 8 or 9). Your flight's aircraft should appear in blue on your HSD once it's set up properly.
