Yeti42 Posted October 23, 2023 Posted October 23, 2023 I can't find any specifics in any forum on this subject. I'm aware the TFR can autopilot couple and this works great in heading mode but I can't find much info on route coupled mode. Is this implemented in the Autopilot system yet? razo+r Posted October 23, 2023 Posted October 23, 2023 Select Nav on your HSI and then if you couple it, it should work. 2
PixelDevil Posted October 23, 2023 Posted October 23, 2023 If you want to use TFR couple with any modes of Autopilot, you must turn on one of the Autopilot mode, then turn on the TFR switch and couple switch. You can read F15E Manual on page 284, the method is same with blended mode because coupling with Nav is one of the blended mode. 1

That did it, needed to be in Nav mode, cheers 2 hours ago, PixelDevil said: If you want to use TFR couple with any modes of Autopilot, you must turn on one of the Autopilot mode, then turn on the TFR switch and couple switch. Obviously did the above with TFR mode, autopilot and couple switch. razo+r read my post properly and gave the solution. badger7966 Posted October 24, 2023 Posted October 24, 2023 Man...this TFR has just turned this beast into a grim reaper....Ive been doing some low level long distance strikes and its pretty good at not getting found out.......Oh....The JDAMS will hurt a lot. Its also a pretty cool way of getting out of a jam if your out of spears. This has added a whole new ballgame to the sim.....fantastic work. 3
