reported SA-10 Flat Lid-B TR Incorrect or missing HARM Code

Further to my previous SA-10 bug report.

The SA-10 Flat Lid-B TR which was added in version 2.9 appears to have an incorrect or missing HARM code

I created a simple mission to demonstrate the problem

In the first test, I use the Flat Lid-A TR as the target using HARM code 110 in PB mode

In the second test,  I use the Flat Lid-B TR as the target using HARM code 110 in PB mode

In test 1, all 4 HARMS hit the Flat Lid-A TR, however in test 2, all 4 HARMS missed the Flat Lid-B TR by a very wide margin using HARM code 110 in PB mode

As the only difference is one of the Tracking radars is mast mounted and the other is truck mounted both should use HARM code 110
