first time uploading missions

If I create a mission that involves custom sound files (spoken briefings, etc) and I want to upload this mission,

how do I include the sound files?

 

I've never uploaded a mission yet and there is little info to find

These sound files are automatically saved within the mission file if you have them added in the mission editor.
