In mission editor I created 4 objectives  for JATC, on the first objective it gives  me a 9 line no problem . But on the other 3 its says  No Task Available , I set up { ADVANCED } WAYPONT ACTIONS the same for all.

I am trying to get  JTAC   to give me information on 4 units but its only given me one .

hm, maybe wrong section of the forum for such a question. Think it is better to post such question in the Mission Editor section.
Typical problems with JTAC is Line of Sight if you have defined a marking system.
