Serpent's Head 1 mission 6 JTAC "no mark" on 9-line

As the title says, Axeman has no info for lasing, it says "no mark". I set my code to 1688 and doesn't catch anything. Using nvg confirms JTAC isnt lasing anything. After "copy remarks", no matter what I choose, I wont get an "IP Inbound" reply.

Thanks I will check it out , always worked until now. Don't think you will see the laser with Gogs on as it would have to be an IR beam for you to see it with them, which it's not. Get back to you.

Open Beta, multithreaded version, no mods whatsoever. It's a fresh install. Ty

There does seem to be a problem  with the JTAC, has worked since it was made years ago. Has probably been broken by the many DCS updates . I will need to figure out how to get it working again. Did you have any problems with the JTAC in mission 4 ( version including Nevada)  or mission 3 ( Reduced version not including Nevada) ?

Nope, missions 4 and 3 had their Jtac scripts work. I also tried renaming the non-SC version to just finish the campaign and even that had the "no mark" bug.

I have been having issues with the JTAC in the SA8 Mission (3/4) I'm on the MT Beta, no mods. Same issue, Cx in, then he just says 'Clear Hot' but no laser. Thanks

The JTAC in this last mission has now been fixed and I have updated the user files accordingly.

Just tried the JTAC on this mission and worked ok. Maybe try again?

What is the problem? The file will be for mission 6 and will have exactly the same name. It has to be, mission files have to have the same name to work with the existing campaign file.

I downloaded the file but it doesn't look like anything I'm familiar with. There are no mission files and what not.

What you are seeing is an unzipped mission file. You have unzipped too far. I just did a test download. I note you are using the Nevada and Black sea 6 mission option.  Below is what you will see if you unzip the downloaded file once. I have highlighted the mission 6 files.

Finally found out what's wrong. Like I said my setup is a fresh install. Forgot to install 7-zip/winrar and windows explorer defaulted to opening the file. 

Installed 7-Zip all is good now. Sorry for the confusion and thanks for seeing this through.

Hi there, looks like I have the same problem in mission 4 of SH (Nevada included). Finger1-1 is not lasing the 2 remaining OSA. I will try with MAV IR to get it done. I downloaded the last version of the campaign (Running Beta, MT).

Update : The MAVF did the trick but i reflew this mission just to be sure. JTAC worked fine this time. Hope it helps .

Yep ! I don't know why it didn't work the first time. Lazing from the previous JTAC worked correctly for the first 2 targets, but not for the last two OSA. The second attempt with the laser guided Mav worked
