Kels The 72hz function is not out yet for us “normal people» on the Crystal. But before I got the Crystal I used 72hz on my Pico 4 in DCS. Worked great. Very fluid and I could keep good graphics settings PC: I9 13900K, Asus ROG Strix GeForce RTX 4090 OC, 32 GB RAM@6000Mhz. Thrustmaster Warthog Hotas. Virpil Base for Joystick. mrsylvestre Posted November 3, 2023 Posted November 3, 2023 The Pico 4 can do 90 Hz and 72 Hz. I prefer 72 Hz native to 45 Hz (90/2) retroprojection. Motomouse Posted November 3, 2023 Posted November 3, 2023 The Varjo Aero 45 Hz sync without reprojection is smoother than the 60 Hz on my Reverb. I like this 45 Hz mode a lot. But you can not compare Hz from one headset to the other directly. There are so many factors influencing the experience: display, ... VIC-20@1.108 MHz, onboard GPU, 5KB RAM, μυωπία goggles, Competition Pro HOTAS
diego999 Posted November 4, 2023 Posted November 4, 2023 Tried 90/45 but I almost spent the whole time at 45 with reprojection activated. 72/36 is way better for me as I have 72 all the time except when on the ground or above a city. 120 is waaaay too much for my rig but I imagine it must be amazing.
