It would be great to have similar functionality like the F18. Especially to have the lights turn on and off with the battery switch. The gear handle lamp would also be a great addition. I don't think there is a separate APU light like in the F18, but the "Canopy unlocked" indicator could be a good option for the top LED. Really enjoying the script. Thank you! Please test this alpha build. If everything is okay, I will formally release it. dcs2target.zip TMHotasLEDSync.zip 1 Slugmouse: a finger-mounted mouse button emulator for hand-tracked VR cockpit clicking. Available now! I tested on the A-10C2 to turn on and off the battery, changing the light settings, the speed break, canopy open and close, and the gear handle lamp for gear up, down, and stalls. Also tested it when instantly restarting the mission and loading the mission a second time after starting DCS. Checked the F18 too and everything still works. The updated script makes a huge difference when learning the new plane. Thank you! Edited April 14 by CM2024
slughead Posted April 14 Author Posted April 14 (edited) Formal release Added A-10C/A-10C_2 gear handle lamp and mapped to flash Warthog user LED1. Added A-10C/A-10C_2 cockpit unlocked lamp and mapped to flash Warthog user LED5. A-10C/A-10C_2 speed brake remains on Warthog user LEDs 1 through 4, with LED1 shared with gear handle lamp. MickyG Posted April 26 Posted April 26 (edited) Hi Slug, Is there an option to turn the LED's Back on on the Throttle with a Button inside DCS when using a plane that is not supported or when it's not needed to have them turned off? I would like such an option. BTW: I get an error when using TARGET Ver. v3.0.25.127_rev1? When using TARGET v3.0.24.618_rev1 everything works just fine. Any Idea why this happens? Thanks in advance for your help. Edited April 26 by MickyG Gigabyte Aorus Z790 Elite AX, I9 14900, Asus OC RTX 4090, 128GB DDR5

slughead Posted April 27 Author Posted April 27 It’s normal. The script includes other Thrustmaster devices to “ignore” and pass through to the simulator just in case someone has one attached. For example the Thrustmaster TPR rudder. 1 Slugmouse: a finger-mounted mouse button emulator for hand-tracked VR cockpit clicking. Available now! Slugmouse Demonstration Video

As I have said to people many times, this is a Thustmaster problem not a fault of the script as the script has only gone as far as running standard Thrustmaster code. So I am just suggesting basic fault finding techniques such as, connect direct to PC, install the latest software and firmware, disconnect any other joysticks, etc. Have you updated the firmware in your Viper panel? Have you tried a script that Thrustmaster supplies with the panel/Target software that configures/controls the Viper panel? If you have, you will have exhausted all the basic fault finding steps that Thrustmaster themselves would ask you to do and you will need to take this issue up with Thrustmaster directly. _Hoss Posted July 14 Posted July 14 Make sure your drivers are installed. Go into Start/Programs/All, and go to Thrustmaster Control Panel and see if your FW is up to date. You can update from there. There is new software, that I was unaware of. Sempre Fortis
