Fist time in M01 I did not turn right on the runway after the PR meeting. so my wingman did not start from RAS AL KHAIMAH. Today, next try, I took off from the carrier, but Dodge 1-2 did not start. Only one Dodge flight was with me to provide high cover. The other one was on the deck with the canopy open. Badger633 Posted November 19, 2023 Posted November 19, 2023 Hi @Gripen 4-1 Are you running any mods and are you stable or open beta? Yes, if you don't turn right as instructed your wing will not take it off. That's why tower communication is for you turn right. This is not a bug. As campaign scripting is based on triggers, as it says in the brief, you must follow the instructions given. Obviously Dodge was ok the first time but the second time wasn't. I have seen this happen once before. It doesn't normally happen. This is not a campaign bug but a DCS bug and is worth reporting to ED on the forum as it is nothing to do with the campaign scripting otherwise it would happen all the time. I will check it out this end. Hope this helps. But a lot of free campaigns require civilian aircraft mod and military aircraft mod. Did you observe any issues with your campaign if the two mods are installed? Badger633 Posted November 19, 2023 Posted November 19, 2023 @Gripen 4-1 Glad to hear it. It is a strange intermittent bug that one. Nothing I can do as it is scripted correctly. All DLC paid for campaigns are strictly no mods. Mods can have some really strange effects on scripted campaigns which cannot be foreseen. It is enough for us Campaign creators to keep up with the DCS updates without considering the hundreds of mods which are themselves not maintained in line with the latest DCS updates.
