HawkCZ6 Posted November 20, 2023 Posted November 20, 2023 (edited) As per title. If the INS position is changed before starting alignment, it goes back to original (wrong) coordinates when switching INS mode to NAV after completing the alignment. Since the system accepts the coordinate input even before the alignment begins, I assume this is not correct? This behaviour can only be noticed a) when flying without EGI, since with EGI it is not possible to view INS PP on the ground and EGI always gets correct coordinates with INS aligned in NAV mode. b) with the ME option "Cold aircraft needs GC alignment" enabled. (Although it is probably reproducible with any change in coordinates before starting alignment) SE-align-pp-edit.trk Edited November 20, 2023 by HawkCZ6
