I deleted a key binding and can't figure out how to correct it / reverse it

I deleted my key binding accidentally trying to resolve another issue. 

But when I hit F2 key for an external view. I use to be able at that time to just move my mouse around and camera would move with it (to differing views around a given aircraft).  Now when hit F2 I get external view but my mouse no longer pans around showing different angles of viewing. 

 

How do I bind my mouse to look around?

I think I figured it out. It's the X and Y options for mouse.

Mouse wheel. Just reset the whole mouse column to default.
