  2. I think I figured it out. It's the X and Y options for mouse. What key would I assign to Z??
  3. But if I've accidentally cleared them in my bindings how to I set back up correctly??
  4. I deleted my key binding accidentally trying to resolve another issue. But when I hit F2 key for an external view. I use to be able at that time to just move my mouse around and camera would move with it (to differing views around a given aircraft). Now when hit F2 I get external view but my mouse no longer pans around showing different angles of viewing. How do I bind my mouse to look around? Thanks much!
  5. When I go to take off from ground run way my F-14 veers right hard (does not go straight) no matter how I try to steer and of course crashes tumbles. When in flight flys great. But off land runway will not go straight??
  6. I've just recently started to have issues with F-14. Seems my Tomcat just wants to pitch up or down WAY more than did previously. My trim adjusts it but never seems to stay. Im constantly having to adjust trim. Way more than prior.
  7. Cables came. Did repair myself. Went rather smooth, throttle back working 100%!
  8. Ok! My virpil throttle finally repaired. I immediately launched and looked at your mission. It works flawlessly!! Thanks much again!
  9. I use Steam. Thanks for info I also want to reiterate I would buy from virpil again in heartbeat. The products working are fabulous They told me out of blue they could tell my throttle had 496 hours used. I suspect it's 496 hours turned on.
  10. Im sure thats likely true.., its just that's not what they originally said. They said it had 496 sim / gaming used hours on it. Until I said impossible. They replied were your kids (which I don't have) on it. Only once I suggested that as a possibility (was their firmware counting hours computer has been on.....or was i sold used throttle as new) did they want subject changed....that throttle perhaps wasn't used 496 hours and my original honest observation of less than 200 hours use was accurate (basically a weeks worth of use) ....after they are ones that tried to bring it up to me.. But I agree with you. That's most obviously it. It was just odd for virpil to suggest I was lying about usage if that is easily a misconstrued reading (that they are more aware of then anybody). Least to a customer who's spent over $1500 with them....for a premium product to go down with less than at max 20 days of being on (496 hours)
  11. An odd update. Latest conversation when paying for cabled to be shipped. The sales rep ad hoc questioned my # of hours throttle was used (as I said was under 200 aprx) she said software showed 496 hours (still extremely new those hours if real by sim standards). But, that's impossible because I've only used it with DCS ...and all on only specific computer I bought for DCS ONLY. DSC:tracks hours and I have less than 200 hours logged (vast majority of that in editor or looking at mapping keys, etc, not 1/2 in actual flight, using throttle). So the 496 hours is impossible. I asked if they sold me used throttle as new. They became very startled I was that new to DCS and have hours logged at less 200 hours. Then asked did I have kids (I dont). Then suggested their 496 hours could be wrong. Perhaps that's just hours computer was on. Hmm? All that said, I'm looking forward to new cables and trying to repair it myself.   12. For record my warranty is expired by month or so. I alerted to issue 6 months back but then it started working again (faulty cable going in and out). So technically was under warranty. Their service was excellent in terms of support. But I'll take it! I would use them again and find throttle and stick fantastic when working Agree overall
  13. It was clearly a faulty cable. Final conclusion is they are charging me for shipping and a cable for self repair. The throttle has less than 100 hours game play. Basically new. I had purchased it in early 2021 (at time was on back order as new product). I didn't end up installing DCS until 2022...as life and business got in way. Throttle remained in box. I purchased a stick, base, rudder pedals as well. The service of Virpil of locating the problem was excellent. Their solution seems sub par and Nickel and Dime ish to charge me for a clearly manufactured bad cable.
