Schwamba Posted December 1, 2023 Posted December 1, 2023 Hello to all. Is there a way through the configurator to split an axis into two opposing keystrokes? For example -splitting the stick X axis into keystrokes that are right and left respectively. The same with the Y axis- One up and one down. With the CM2 throttle I would like to split- throttle up "=", throttle down "-". Are these operations possible through the configurator or only a third party software such as Joystick Gremlin?
Johnny Dioxin Posted December 1, 2023 Posted December 1, 2023 Not in-sim, no. You'd have to use an external utility, of which there are a few and everyone has their favourite. Rig: Asus TUF GAMING B650-PLUS; Ryzen 7800X3D ; 64GB DDR5 5600; RTX 4080; VPC T50 CM2 HOTAS; Pimax Crystal Light I'm learning to fly - but I ain't got wings With my head in VR - it's the next best thing!
Gadreel Posted December 1, 2023 Posted December 1, 2023 You can use the "axis-to-button" function of the Virpil Configuration Tool. For example I use the Flaps Lever of my CM3 for Gear. Lever up = Button press for Gear up. Lever down = Button press for Gear down. There are some nice tutorial Videos on YT. 1
