Dear all,

I am using Warthog ThrustMaster and not using pedals. While flying F 16, it continuously drift left and I have to constantly trim the rudder / ailerons. After cleaning and greasing the stick, it has started doing more. Can any one guide me as to what could possibly be wrong because formation flying / AAR becomes a nightmare. Thank you

PS: I do not face this issue in F 15E or F/A 18 C.

Are you talking about crosswind? Or are you perhaps experiencing stick input issues?

If it's wind, that's normal. If it's input issues, maybe add a deadzone to your axis.

Because, if you have a symmetrical loadout, no trim input is needed, neither for pitch, nor rudder, nor ailerons. And generally you never have to trim rudder anyway.

If it's neither then can you add some more details? A picture or a short track perhaps?

As razo+r pointed out, crosswind and asymmetric loadout will give the need for aileron trim. Very strange for you to feel the need to trim rudder on such a plane. I don't own the 16, though.

Additional tips:
-Check your controls output with RCtrl+Enter.

-Check your curve settings.

-Disable Game Flight Mode at Options>Gameplay.

-Check if the F-16 controls are getting inputs from another controller that's plugged in or bluetooth paired like a gamepad.
