Is there a way to change the number of chaffs and flares we want to have upon spawning in the Mission Editor?

There are 6 dispenser cartridges and each one holds 30x chaff or 30x flares, so you can carry a max of 180 chaff or 180 flares or a combination of both.

Cartridge selection is made using the aircraft's Special Options tab "•••" in the Mission Editor.
