equip fcr in rearm/refuel panel FCR on default

Hey,

A lot of the built in missions for the AH-64 don't have the FCR enabled, is there a way to have that on default?

Hi

you will need to enable them in the mission editor on the unit for now. 

In the future we will have a rearm menu option.
