Currently troubleshooting, but would be interested to see if anyone else is able to reproduce this. I narrowed it down to a folder inside savegames/mods/aircraft. ameriveaux Posted December 20, 2023 Posted December 20, 2023 I have the same problem, so you say the Weapons_AS.lua is the culprit preventing the carrier ( both CVN and LHA ) from spawning?

You sir are correct, I removed the Codename Flanker Mod and everything popped back up. Good work, amazing!
Archangel44 Posted February 28, 2024 Posted February 28, 2024 Same here with the Gripen mod. I love that plane but yes, carrier didn’t spawn. Now recently with the update, with the Gripen sitting in my saved games folder, I flew my F16c in A2G and the laser guided bombs and the GPS guided bombs would not hit their targets. I pulled the Gripen out of the saved games folder and my F16c nails targets every time. I hope the creator of the Gripen mod can do a little tweaking and make it play well with the other planes. F-4E, F-5E-3, F-14, F-15E, F-16C, FA18-C, F-86, A-10C, Spitfire, AJS-37, KA50, MiG-19, L-39, P-51, Flaming Cliffs, All maps, WWII Assets, Combined Arms, Super Carrier.

Archangel44 Posted March 3, 2024 Posted March 3, 2024 Yep. In the mission editor, I placed a carrier with my F-18C on the ramp, saved the mission and started it. When the mission started, my plane had crashed into the sea, no carrier in site and the mission log showed I had crashed and died. After removing the Gripen from my DCS saved games/mods/aircraft folder, I started up DCS, loaded that same mission with the carrier and F18C and like magic, there I am on the carrier ready on the cat. F-4E, F-5E-3, F-14, F-15E, F-16C, FA18-C, F-86, A-10C, Spitfire, AJS-37, KA50, MiG-19, L-39, P-51, Flaming Cliffs, All maps, WWII Assets, Combined Arms, Super Carrier.
