How does FCR come to multi-player?

Hey.

I like to hop onto multiplayer servers for some "PvE" helicopter training. Any servers I tried, I can only select AH-64D without FCR. Do the server operators need to change something, or can I enable it? I read somewhere that it supposedly comes with the rearm and refuel-dialog, but I can't see an option there to mount the FCR ...?

Currently, the mission creator has to edit the mission and enable the FCR option for each and every Ah64 manually.

The option to mount it via the rearm menu will come later.

Also you have to add it in the mission editor

4YA servers have it as do many others, ie rotorheads, etc, not through the inferno.....yet
