Late Activation - no takeoff from runway

Hi folks,

Hoping someone can point out what is wrong with the attached mission. 

     The tanker group activates late as triggered, but will not take off from runway.

      I have tried all the suggestions I could find on-line.

The take-off works as expected in single player, but not in multiplayer. My workaround is setting waypoint 0 to turning point with altitude 5 meters above the runway; however, I'd like to know how to make the takeoff from runway option work.

Anything set to take-off from runway will be moved to take-off from parking area hot when the mission runs in multiplayer. It is a feature of the game you have no control over. Best to airspawn the group or place it take-off from parking hot to begin with so that there aren't any potential issues with it choosing a bad spawn point.
