Mission 1 - first Target (Fan-Song) not here

I don't have the objective Fan Song in the first mission. 
So I can't even complete the first mission.
I had files repaired by DCS, but that didn't work. 
The objective Fan-Song (Ground Unit SPAAA LC with ZU-23) is available in the mission editor.
In the mission, the Simulate SA-2 LN containers are there, but not the Fan Song.
 

I ask for help as to what this could be....

Have you got any mods installed? If so I suggest removing and running a repair.

I deactivated all mods via OVGME, which didn't bring any improvement. 
I then deleted the DCS folder in “saved games” and had DCS recreate it. 
The FAN song is finally here. Why, I have no idea!?!?!?

Sounds like something got corrupted, maybe from a mod.  But glad it's sorted

Fyi:

I found the error after a long search. 
It was the Su-30MK_SFM v.2.0B mod's fault. 
What this airplane mod has to do with the mission is a mystery to me..
